We want to express our gratitude to the organizers of the 14th annual Equal Pay Day conference, held at the Clarion Hotel in Prague from March 31st to April 2nd, 2023. The conference hosted a charity raffle which raised a total of CZK 38,700.

The raised funds will go towards supporting the “To dáš!” (You Can Do It!) project, which offers comprehensive support to young people leaving children’s homes or halfway houses as they enter the job market.

Furthermore, in addition to the financial support, the organizers provided two students from a children’s home with valuable work experience. These students worked as assistants during the conference preparation and execution, giving them the opportunity to learn new practical skills.
