The Tereza Maxová Foundation Fund was established to help specific families living in the South Moravian Region. The Fund’s activities aim to prevent the unwanted removal of children from their family environment and improve the quality of life for disadvantaged children in education and personal development.
The Fund supports families (both biological and foster) and single parents who are in difficult life situations for various reasons and still strive to provide their children with a peaceful and safe home. Many of these families face serious economic and social problems that they need help to resolve. We want to lend a helping hand to ease these difficult situations, which, in extreme cases, could lead to the removal of children from their families. We also want to support the children in these families in the areas of education, development of potential, interests, and talents. Specific areas of support are listed below.
How the Fund Helps
- The essence of the Fund’s work is to provide targeted assistance to disadvantaged families through individual direct support.
- A prerequisite for assistance is the potential of an otherwise healthy family environment for raising children.
