From today until the end of the year a special cake called EMBRACE is available for purchase at the restaurant CottoCrudo at the Four Seasons Hotel. The cake was designed by the hotel’s pastry chef Giovanni Marco Carandino and his team as part of World Kindness Day. And we are delighted that the cake will not only delight your sweet tooth, but in addition, the proceeds from the sale will go to support mothers with children in selected shelters.

Since the winter season is especially demanding on immunity, we decided to use the proceeds to provide vitamins in the form of fresh fruit for children. Unfortunately, fruit is often lacking in the food banks’ offer, so it is scarce in the shelters.

We had the opportunity to taste the cake and we can tell you here that it is a light cake made of milk chocolate, cinnamon, complemented by creamy caramel, chocolate mousse, pears and Sicilian oranges, and that it offers the perfect combination of sweetness and sourness. But words are not enough here, come and taste!
