The C-IN agency was founded by four partners in 2001 with the aim of filling a gap in the service production market in the field of congresses, social and public events. ICF CR / International Coach Federation Czech Republic
Founded in 1995, ICF (International Coach Federation) is the world’s largest organization of more than 26,000 professional coaches from 128 countries. It clearly defines the approach and code of conduct for their members. It defines how coaches in the ICF association behave and approach their clients, what code of ethics they follow and what core competencies they are expected to have. ICF professional coaches offer services in both professional and personal areas of life. The International Coach Federation has been active in the Czech Republic since 2005. Currently, the Czech branch of the International Coach Federation, ICF CR, focuses mainly on the promotion of professional coaching, the development of education in this field and the organization of events cultivating practical experience and experience of working with a professional coach. The ICF CR is the strongest professional organization for coaches in the Czech Republic, both in terms of membership and coverage in the regions. Currently, the ICF CR includes more than 80 active members and more than 100 supporters, which it reaches through a regular newsletter. It informs about its activities through its website and profiles on FB and LinkedIn.
