In cooperation with our long-standing partner ING Bank, we provided Denisa, a university student in Accounting and Tax, supported by the ING Bank Fund of the Tereza Maxová Foundation, we organized a full-day job shadowing. Denisa had the opportunity to get to know the workings of the bank up close and to meet with experts from key areas of finance and risk through the legal department to financial markets and relationship management. We also greatly appreciated the participation of Eva Bučová, CEO of ING Bank in the Czech Republic, who shared her perspective on leadership and career path with Denisa.
