This morning, another of our career counselling events within the Lighthouse project took place at the KC Vozovna community centre in Prague 3, this time with the subtitle “Back to Work”, organised by the Tereza Maxová Foundation in cooperation with the Otevřená budoucnost association and the Prague 3 municipality. The meeting was intended for parents who want to return to the labour market after a longer break, are looking for a new direction or need support in their job search.

At the beginning of the event he spoke Mgr. Michal Vronsky, Mayor of Prague 3, whom we thank together with the whole city district for their support and partnership. We would also like to thank all the expert speakers for time and sharing their experience – Barbora Halířová (Institute for Prevention and Resolution of Over-indebtedness), Barbora Paclíková and Andrea Šťastková (AK Bříza & Trubač), Lukrécie Bezrová (Accenture) and Kateřina Šamanová (Bedfort Management Consultants).

During the morning, the participants learned about new updates in the Labour Code, discussed the topic of bankruptcy, or, for example, practical information on how to obtain documents to start a new job. The programme also included personal consultations with experts who gave individual advice on careers, law, retraining and CV development.
