An amazing evening in Karlovy Vary! At the Karlovy Vary Film Festival, our patron Tereza Maxová received a cheque from Mr. Richard Fuxa in the amount of 1 million crowns from BigBoard. This amount will be distributed to provide financial aid to women and children at risk of violence and to support an information campaign that can be found on billboards and digital panels throughout Prague.

Campaign Mothers on the run draws attention to the painful reality of domestic violence. It is based on the authentic stories of women who had to leave home to protect themselves and their children. Often with a single bag in hand, in fear and knowing they were starting from scratch, but with hope.

Thanks to this campaign, we can spread the necessary information, contacts and phone numbers where women in need can turn for help. And this is a huge help – because everyone should know where and how to seek support in times of need.
