With the support of the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, another expert discussion took place yesterday within the project Advocates to Children’s Homeswhich is organized by our Foundation in cooperation with Czech Bar Association. The topic of yesterday’s discussion was employment law and family/guardianship law.

The discussion was attended by staff of children’s homes and attorneys specializing in this area. The agenda included answering questions sent in advance, while everyone had the opportunity to ask questions on related topics and questions on the spot.

We believe that this face-to-face meeting contributed to a better understanding of the key legal issues that residential care workers encounter in their daily practice.

We would like to thank the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia for its excellent facilities and helpfulness. A big thank you to all the participants and the female lawyers for very clear explanations and practical examples from practice.
