We are delighted that our joint project with the Czech Bar Association, called Attorneys for the Children’s Homes, is changing the lives of children! Under its umbrella, a number of lawyers have also come together to help children in difficult situations without charge. Here is the story of little Jara…

When he ended up in a children’s home in the spring of 2022, his parents fought hard to keep the family together. They found a new place to live, worked and tried to provide the safest home for the boy. However, the court negotiations with the authorities were unsuccessful, and the parents were helpless. The children’s home approached the Tereza Maxová Children’s Foundation to help them find a family attorney.

Thanks to this, the parents received valuable legal advice and, with the help of an attorney, brought the case to a successful conclusion. Little Jara can live surrounded by his family again.
